*High efficiency barrel and screw used for extruder with excellent plasticizing result and high output capacity. Adopt high wear resistant alloy material to ensure 1.5 times service life of normal one.

*Force double vacuum degassing system to get rid of the low molecular, moisture and printing ink effectively, make sure high quality output pellets.

*High efficiency infrared heater can heat rapidly with continuous thermal insulation, more than 30% energy consumption can be saved than normal heater.

*Diversified L/D ratio optional for different application. Multi-vacuum degassing system and double stage extrusion system help you solve the problem of recycling heavy contaminated polymer.



*Single Screw extruder melts the material,

*Double-zone vacuum degassing system,

*Self protective system,

*A single-plate double-station screen changer or double-plate four-station installed on head of extruder filtrates the melt.

*Build in hydraulic control.




*The raw material will be squeezed out from the mould in a noodle shape, then cooled through a water tank and transferred to the
pelletizer.

*We provide Strand type pelletizer and automatic strand pelletizer, Both Pelletizer could be applied to most polymers. It is very
easy to operate and convenient to maintain.

*The uniformity, gloss and properties of final pellets can be ensured for either pelleziting solution.


*The raw material would be cooled by water tank ,then be cutted by pelletizer and dried by centrifugal dryer and finally conveyed
into storage silo.



*PLC/HMI Controlling system,
